WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
  • ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (STRICT).
  • ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PROPER (GOVERNMENT ISSUED) ID
  • EXPIRED IDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
  • FOREIGN PASSPORTS MUST BE EASILY READABLE AND MUST BE ABLE TO BE SCANNED

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
  • Diego’s Nightclub is open daily from 5pm Weekdays and 4pm Friday thru Sunday -close.
  • Typically closing time is around 130AM. Management reserves all rights to change opening or closing times depending on the night.
  • All patrons must be off the premise by 2am, according to the Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission
  • We are in a residential neighborhood-please be respectful to those in the area
DO WE SUPPLY WATER?
  • We are a Tap Room Venue, not a restaurant.
  • It is not required to provide free water by Delaware regulations.
  • Bottles of water are available to purchase.
ARE PETS PERMITTED?
  • Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly
  • Service animals are permitted with proper government issued documentation provided by https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html#cert ONLY
  • Emotional Support Animals do not fall into this category.
  • Also, we are a nightclub with very loud noises and very crowded venue-is it really fair to the animal to be put into this situation.

AM, I ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE VENUE?
  • Smoking is permitted in the designated area-POSTED
  • Smoking inside the patio, bar, bathrooms will result in immediate removal from the club. This includes e-cigs, vaporizers, mechanical smoking devices or cigars.
  • Cigars/Pipes smoking is NOT PERMITTED anywhere on the premises

  • Delaware voters have never Legalized the personal possession and recreational use of marijuana in your private residence.
  • Uncles Group continues to uphold a zero-tolerance policy and will be complying with the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA) (21 U.S.C. § 811), in accordance with mandate by The Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission under federal law, cannabis is treated like every other controlled substance.   • Marijuana usage and possession inside all our venues is strictly prohibited. Guests in violation may be subject to denied entry into the venue and will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement, and/or subject to detainment, citation, or arrest by local law enforcement.

AM, I ALLOWED TO SMOKE cigar IN THE VENUE?
  • There is NO SMOKING of CIGARS anywhere on the premise
  • There is NO SMOKING of PIPES anywhere on the premise
AM, I ALLOWED TO BRING A FIREARM OR CONCEALED WEAPON IN THE VENUE?
  • According the DABCC-no weapons of any kind are permitted into a Tavern or Taproom-unless by a person on duty and then we are NOT PERMITTED TO SERVE YOU ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES.
  • Should your occupation, require you to have a concealed weapon-48 hours prior notice in writing must be given to the management and with written approval.

AM, I ALLOWED TO EXPOSE ONESELF IN THE VENUE?
  • 2019 Delaware Code Title 11 - Crimes and Criminal Procedure Chapter 5.
  • Specific Offenses Subchapter II Offenses Against the Person § 764 Indecent exposure in the second degree; unclassified misdemeanor.
WILL THERE BE A DJ?
  • We have a regular list of DJs performing schedule-see events
  • It will be open format music, a mixture of Top 40, Hip Hop and EDM.
  • We do not accept requested for songs for the DJ to play.
WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED?
  • We will offer a variety of musical genres from today’s most influential electronic DJs to Top 40 artists. Please check the Events Calendar for upcoming events or our Artists
I LOST MY ID/PHONE, ETC IN THE VENUE. WHERE CAN I GO TO SEE IF IT WAS TURNED IN?
  • Any found items are turned into the Bar Lost & Found at the close of business
IS THERE A COAT CHECK?
  • Coat check is seasonal, and optional should you need to bring a coat.
  • You are welcome to check your coat for a small fee.
  • We do not check any items other than coats or jackets.
  • We are not responsible for any checked items.
AM, I ALLOWED TO BRING IN A BAG?
  • For safety for our customers and staff, we do not allow bags over the size of (10” x 10” x 4”).
  • Any oversized bags, backpacks, purses, or parcels are not allowed.
  • Small purses are allowed (maximum of 10” x 10” x 4”).
  • Bag/purse must fit into the display box at the host desk
  • All items are subject to search.
  • Management will have the final say and or determination of the policy.
ARE YOU HANDICAP/ADA ACCESSIBLE?
  • Of course! Should you require any additional assistance while enjoying our venue please do not hesitate to ask one of our staff members onsite.
  • The beach area does have a boardwalk and concrete walkway
  • The beach is also on a paved parking lot with about 3 inches of sand
AM, I ALLOWED TO BRING IN MY MEDICATIONS?
  • Non-prescription medications are not allowed into the venue.
  • Occasionally, at manager’s discretion, guests may have prescription medication under the following conditions
  • Medication is in a prescription bottle.
  • Names must match both the prescription (properly labelled bottle) and identification.
  • We will make every attempt to accommodate guests requiring this service; please ask for management upon arrival should you require further assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY'S POLICY REGARDING ILLEGAL NARCOTICS?
  • Our venue is ZERO TOLERANCE.
  • If any employee is made aware of, or witness to an event where a guest appears to inquire about, possess, or use illegal narcotics; Delaware State Police will be notified immediately. The guest will at a minimum be removed or denied entry from our venue, potentially must speak to local law enforcement, and possibly receive a permanent trespass.

AM, I PERMITTED TO BRING ALCOHOL IN FROM OUTSIDE SORCE?
  • TITLE 4 Alcoholic Liquors CHAPTER 7-14. Regulatory Provisions
  • It is illegal for any persons to bring alcohol into a licensee for the consumption of where an establishment is licensed to sell
  • If the licensee permits this violation, revoking of licensee could result in suspension and or termination of license
  • Our venue is ZERO TOLERANCE.

DO YOU ALLOW BACHELOR & OR BACHELOTTE GROUPS?
  • We do not discriminate against anyone however, we are open to everyone-gay-straight-bi-trans-male-female, etc.
  • Remember you are in a GAY BAR and we are a GAY BAR- to quote from RuPaul. In the eyes of the “RuPaul’s Drag Race” host, the treatment of gay bars as “tourist” destinations by straight women speaks to a more macro issue: treating gay people as accessories to straight life.”
  • Excessive accessories are banned for both bachelor and bachelorette group
  • Please respect our guest and staff who are not part of your party/group.
  • Include sash and crowns unless worn by a Drag Queen
  • BIRTHDAY sash is permitted
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express (ID must match name on credit card).
  • Travel/Gift cards are not accepted.
ONCE I’M INSIDE, CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE NIGHTCLUB?
  • Yes, you may enter and exit, according to the venue and time of departure.
  • Example-once last call is called-no entry.
  • This includes if you were already admitted
  • Re-entry is allowed only on specific nights/times. Please inquire at the venue the evening of your visit.
  • Management has the final say to the acceptance of re-entry.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
  • We focus on providing our guest with a wonderful experience. As such, we cannot accommodate request for refunds, cancellations, or date changes.

  • At times, your phone will track to the last location before it was turned off.

I WAS AT YOUR VENUE RECENTLY AND NOTICED I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
  • Typically, this is just a credit card PRE-AUTHORIZATION ONLY, when you start a tap-the system ensures the card is working.
  • This charge will reflect as processing in your bank account until the funds are either cleared or credited back to your account.
  • It commonly takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for the charge to clear.
  • Holidays and weekends may take additional time
  • For further details regarding when the hold will be released, please contact your banking institution directly.
